In the Team Topologies model, the Enabling Team serves to accelerate other teams. It integrates temporarily, transfers knowledge, facilitates adoption, and then steps back. The team it helps becomes self-sufficient. We are that Enabling Team – available for hire. We integrate into your organization for a limited period, bringing deep expertise in infrastructure, DevOps, security, and AI, ensuring your teams can use the technology independently long after we leave.

Not every engagement requires all five phases. The smallest enablement option is a training from our catalog. The most intensive engagement is an embedded expert working alongside your teams.
